Back in Black

Hey guys! I am sorry for my absence but I have been in full throws of… wait for it….Fashion Week?…No…. something a bit more glamorous…yes, you guessed it…Law exams! So how have they gone? Well the first one I missed because I was very ill 😦 The second one that I had yesterday went really well! Hurray! and the third one I have in  a couple of days…

Although I couldn’t attend London Fashion Week because of my exams, I have some cool trips to see the Fashion Week’s of some more exotic places that I am in the throws of organizing…and after spending quite a few days indoors, nothing sounds better than some hot sun, crazy food, temple camera action and a crystal blue sea…oh and some fashion of course 😉 So I will be needing your help with a few travel arrangements and plans as soon as I am finished!

I haven’t had a lot of days off, but we did do a very fun interview with a really cool Blog which is based in Korea that showcases fashion bloggers and international fashion shows from around the world. They shot me wearing a similar look to the one that I am sharing with you today, so I guess this is a bit of a sneak peak preview 😉 I also got to go on a bit of a Valentine’s Day date with my girls at Bake A Boo in Hampstead, a really chic and quirky place for afternoon tea! I decided to wear an all black look, with a thick lamb’s wool coat, ripped jeans, wooly knit scarf and lace up heels, which I built around a really beautiful signature statement gold necklace from a stunning ethical Columbia based jewellery company based in London called Vanilo. The necklace is called Vanila and really sums up the beauty of their collection! Vanilo take an active role in supporting Colombian artisans and collaborate with female heads of families and filigree craftsmen. They support the preservation of traditional techniques whilst providing outlets for new design talents and creativity and as I love travel and cultural beauty, I am just in love with their philosophy!, which you can read here

Let me know what you think?

PS: Count-down until last exam now officially 3 days!!!!

I am an ex-professional tennis player and have just graduated from King's College in London. I share daily fashion outfits and stories of my travels and the tour. Every story has a beginning, but I will start mine here, at the start of something big. For us this was a journey of a lifetime, where dreams were made and broken, where friendships were cherished and torn apart. We lived and still live the life of aspiration and we tell the tale of victories and defeats that come with growing up at such a young age on the brink of greatness and fame. In our world youth, beauty and riches combine. We trained hard but played even harder. Our parties’ were and always will be legendary, our travels exotic and carefree. We were becoming stars. My Girls On Tour showcases street style looks, avant-garde fashion, new designers, fashion shows as well as travel stories and adventures. A fun window into the glamorous world of a professional tennis player turned fashionista, this is the place for wonderlust and fashion inspiration. Instragram @abigirlx Twitter @Abigailroyston

  1. I have always been a standard birthday cake kind of person but those pastries looked good enough to go into a feeding frenzy. Thankfully everyone photographed seems able to contain themselves!

Good luck on the exams too!
