Who needs Moschino if you have McDonalds???

So last night I decided that enough was enough and that it was time to get back into a good routine of healthy eating and regularly exercise. I tend to think about these things at that time of the day, usually after having browsed a  fitness motivation Instagram feed of women with rock hard abs. Oh…and of course after having polished off a full roast dinner and 2/3rds of a lemon cheesecake… My good intentions last until around 12.30 pm. I can go without breakfast (probably not too healthy anyway), if I have one or two coffees – but then I get ravenous…and really I become a danger to society or at least anyone who gets caught between me and the contents of my fridge. Am I the only one who this happens to?

Today, I failed to make it even until 12.30 – with the diet flopping when my boyfriend decided to bring my coffee to me in bed with a massive pack of Fox’s biscuits…I was half asleep and I just couldn’t control the urges… So, the diet couldn’t start today, it would have to start tomorrow…and so, to celebrate one last day of free eating, I decided to go to McDonalds…

So Moschino’s based a collection on fast food and McDonalds, but really who needs Moschino when you have the real deal just next door? So for my trip to my most unhealthy but equally scrummy fast food joint, I decided to wear  a t-shirt that I got from Primark and I love the Pepsi-Cola design on it as it reminds me of Moschino’s vibe (at a fraction of the price!)… I decided to wear it with white converse and a snap back cap for an America Baseball feel. Let me know what you think?

  1. I think the best way to address this,is to know why you want to start eating healthy.
    Once you know the why, your body will let you know, what it actually wants.
    Instead of giving into cravings or eating out of habit.

    1. Hey! Thanks for the advice! I think part of wanting to eat heathy is to get fit and to try to avoid nasty diseases like cancer…I think I just need some will power and a bit of a lifestyle change. I find it easier eating well when abroad and when it is hot, so perhaps the simple option is just to move to Miami… 😉 Second thoughts, maybe its just easier not to be buy the stuff at the store in the first place….
